It is rare that one person can influence another in almost every aspect of life. For me, you are that person. From the moment I first experienced your engaging personality and big warm smile you took me under your wing and showed me how to be a better man. I have and will always cherish those "bro days" when we played basketball, grubbed or just chilled at your home while Jocelyn, Alex, your parents, Kristina and I watched you play Xbox. Yes, you would often beat me in basketball but it never was about winning or losing. Within each game we talked about our life -- careers, finances, family, health, sports, childhood, college years and of course girls! I turned to you for everything. If I didn't have you to influence me I wouldn't be happily married with an angel for a daughter today. I admire how you could make people feel special. I saw it how you handled your patients, the guys working at the local 7 Eleven, coffee shops, gas stations. I'm sure you know just about every clerk at every Game Stop in Irvine. Though we are not blood related you will always be my older brother, best friend, and someone who I will always look up to and continue to learn from.
